Will be great if Lee rides. Yet again he was hard done by when recently dumped by Berwick.

All the other teams have a grade two in their side though. Not that it was mentioned when the invite went out. Carmarthen now South Wales Select Looking forward to seeing all you Falcon supporters at Weymouth next week. One word of warning. Traffic coming in to Weymouth is horrendous, leave an extra hour, yes an hour. Have a safe journey

Well - we won !! Exeter 41, Weymouth 28, South Wales Select 23 and Poole 6 ( yes, 6 !! ).
Lee 9, Karlis 10 and Adam 8 ( all 4 rides ) and Ben 14 from 5. There was a ' top scorers ' heat at the end, hence Ben's extra outing. Our team was so strong compared to the other three that it was inevitable we would win, and it would have been an even bigger margin had Adam not suffered machine failure in his first race and Lee an inexplicable fall in his last ride ( both leading comfortably ).
Fastest time of the night went to Lee in heat 3 with 55.6 seconds, but bear in mind the track record is held by Ben Barker at 52.8 secs set just a couple of weeks ago ! Had a brief word with Lee when he came round with the hat for collection for the Speedway Riders Benevolent Fund - in case you hadn't heard, he has signed for Rye House Rockets.
