A meeting took place on 21st September 2016 between Exeter City Council and Robert Doran & Alan Spencer, on behalf of Exeter Falcons 2015 Ltd.
Details of what was discussed are at present confidential, but it is understood that proposals concerning a parcel of land within the City boundary, and belonging to ECC, were put forward for preliminary consideration by ECC. The Council have indicated, I am assured, that if ultimately permission cannot be granted on this land, they will make every effort to provide an alternative that is viable.
Let us all hope that, this time, there will be a successful outcome.
