Exeter City Council have turned down the planning application for the main house building programme on the County Ground on the grounds of over development.

Indeed they have, but this will have no bearing on the future of the Falcons even if the demolishing of the stadium is delayed from the end of the rugby season.
We must continue to be patient and to trust in Mr. Trump and his advisers. I am as frustrated as everyone else, waiting for good news, but I am confident that everything possible is being done to ensure the Falcons have a future.

Hear, hear. We must be grown up and thoroughly adult about the future of the Falcons. I agree that the shenigans at the CG is totally irrelevant. We said goodbye in 2005 with pride and much realism (sorry - not prejudice).
Our future is beyond us - let's trust it is with those who can actually achieve reality; to them we give full support, when asked for.

Totally agree headmistress
And Towbar you could have reported also that the residents aren't against building on the CG site its just the size of the project.
Quote from the E&E "*** ****, leader of County Ground Concern, said: "The residents know that the County Ground is going to be built on and are okay with that. It's the scale we are against."
And as headmistress says its all over at the CG, so perhaps you ought to drop it.
