All I know is he's a youngster who's signed on for Plymouth this season, but I've no idea if they have his registration or if that is held by a bigger club. Seen him do a few second halves here and there and he looked like he has some potential, but then what do I know !! ;D

Apparently there are problems with Graeme Gordon riding.
Tommy Allen comes in.
All to do with BSPA rulings and stuff.
Rules are rules and interpretations are interpretations.
