I heard the news report on Gemini, and Alan Trump came over as sounding very professional, and i think the other guy just sounded like someone who is making a fuss just becauase he can.
Get on Alan we are right behind you.

and before you ask- yes my letter has been sent and replied to! I trust the same can be said of your daughters and their partners? I tried to encourage Gems to write one and said to her just say why you want speedway to begin again. She said I like speedway cos my dad buys me chips and candyfloss and comes back with 3 portions of ketchup to keep me quiet when you should only have one really from the lady. -Shocking- tell tale tit.... We havent sent that one off just yet (Note to Allen Trump-(check Tomato Ketchup sachet stocks at the new venue if Gemma is in attendance) -Never mind a guest rider asking too much money-she will bankrupt you in terms of tomato sauce I can assure you-She owes Terry Russell about 50p from last season ;D-Mind you GoSpeed still owe me a few more quid than that .

Number 2 daughter has - her other half has not YET! Too busy watching men kicking balls around! Number 1 daughter has it on her things to do list (little busy at the moment!) Son in law has been threatened that if he still wants his track raking job, had better get writing!! Think he is actually in the Kenn/Kennford/Racecourse area next week so will be checking out peoples opinions on proposed track.

Number 2 daughter is a good girl then-as for the other three its nice you defending them to the best of your ability.
So its basically a dismal 2 out of 6 so far in the Claas immediate family-33%.
As Tony Millard would say in a GP-Work to do.
Sort them out mate ;D

Mine gets better with every rewrite but it is not yet sent.
Is there a deadline?
I know that the decision will be made in August.

I've printed out some slips of paper with all the details on that i have been handing out to neighbours and friends, did quite well at a local nieghbourhood BBQ last night, including persuading 1 of them who works at the Exeter planning department to support us.
I also play volleyball in the Exeter league, and have sent off an email to all the members in my club to support us. Do you think it would be a good idea to actually print off a standard letter and hand out, and just get them to fill in thier name and address and sign it, then it saving them the trouble of putting it in an envelope and sending off which they might not do?.
How about sending a letter to the E&E with the full address and application number, or would that advertise it to others that we don't want to reply to.

The TDC address and application number was included in Nevys brilliant letter in last nights E&E. Keep spreading the word though!
