Yes folks there is good news 
Lets forget the possible negatives for just a few minutes.
Everyone on the whole is pulling together and doing what they can do best to support the future of Exeter.
Think of it this way apart from letters of support which is covered elsewhere.
1.We have probably(as Carlsberg would say) the most professional and well thought out application for a new speedway stadium that has ever been produced.
2.The money is there to fund it.
3.The people behind the plans are totally committed to the cause and working their bleedin socks off night and day literally to make sure it can happen.
4.The fan base is there to make this worthwile.
5.Track will be of FIM specifications.
6.People pulling together to do whatever they can do to the best of their abilities and to their particular skills to ensure that as a unit, everyone is working together to make sure this comes off.
7.The thoughts of the whole speedway community wishing us all well for our future.
8.BELIEF at last that yes this really can happen and become a reality-something everyone has doubted for the past 6 years or so.
We are almost there guys-but a way to go just yet- and the efforts everyone has put in is much appreciated by Allen Trump-he asked me to thank everyone-but there is still a bit of work to do just yet before we cross the finishing line.
Keep the faith and the support and hopefully by the end of August Allen will be splashing a bit more cash on a few bottles of Bubbly at The Malthouse in celebration with everyone when the planning application is finally accepted ;D
(He hasnt said he will-but Ive typed it now so he can hardly refuse really can he ?hee hee)
Oh and dont forget to keep those letters of support flying to the press and Teignbridge district council.
Planning application number 06/05244/MAJ.-Not forgetting to include your name and address
(Personally speaking after typing the planning application ref number so many times I think a part of the stadium should be named MAJ )
