Thank you everyone who came along and helped to Keep the Falcons Flying in High St this morning. A last minute change by the council allowed us to be in Bedford Square where Gordon's 1947 JAP attracted plenty of interest. It was a very postive event, even though we weren't allowed a stand as such only a bike. Lots of fans dropped by asking for updates and many were reminded to write letters, while others reported that they had received replies from Teignbridge. Several non speedway fans have also promised to write letters of support as they feel speedway should be available to the community. Allen was also present and brought us all up to date with the latest developments. Don't forget Rob Doran has a big stand at next weekend's Crashbox Club classic car show at Powderham Castle.
