Put your vote in now for the most exciting Falcon of this Premier Trophy turnover upset. We still got the bonus point but we lost the match. I shall add a few details about the racing after I get over the upset.  |

Summary of the racing:
HT1: Mark Lemon got away ahead of Mike Coles and Kristian Lund with Lee Smethills at the back. The riders finished as they started from the gate (FTG).
HT2: Tony Atkin revealed his enjoyment of Exeter as Pavel Ondrasik and Nick Simmons settled in. Karlis Ezergailis tried to pass Nick but failed. FTG.
HT3: Toni Svab made the start from Neil Collins and Mads Korneliussen as Ben Barker started his late guest appearance at the back. FTG.
HT4: Seemond Stephens showed how it should be done completing his start from gate 4 on the second corner. Chris Neath settled into second and Pavel Ondrasik into third with Karlis Ezergailis at the back. FTG.
HT5: Kristian Lund made the start, Toni Svab made second start, Michael Coles made third start and Ben Barker made fourth start. They all stayed there. FTG.
HT6: Mark Lemon made the gate 4 start. Tony Atkin assumed second and Chris Neath took third. Lee Smethills made a fourth place start. FTG.
HT7: Neil Collins made the start and won. Mads Korneliussen made the second best start and finished second. Seemond Stephens made a poor third best start and finished third. Nick Simmons followed. FTG.
HT8: AT LAST - SOME EXCITEMENT - Kristian Lund and Tony Atkin made the start to the chagrin of the by now stunned and worried crowd. Pavel Ondrasik started ahead of Lee Smethills but then earned the "match racer" award as he succeeded in passing first Tony Atkin then Kristian Lund to win the race. NOT FTG!!!
HT9: Chris Neath made the start and won. Toni Svab and Pavel Ondrasik settled into second and third but Tony Atkin came from the back to pass Pavel for third. NOT FTG.
HT10: Neil Collins made the start and won. Mark Lemon tried but found no way to pass. Nick Simmons was happy to settle into third. Mads Korneliussen confirmed what Mark Lemon found out about passing. FTG.
HT11: Michael Coles made the start. Seemond Stephens made the second start. Nick Simmons made the third start and Kristian Lund made fourth. FTG.
HT12: Mads Korneliussen made the start. Pavel Ondrasik got the second start. Karlis Ezergailis got his solitary point for third in this one. Ben Barker followed. FTG.
HT13: AT LAST a traditional Falcons 5-1. Seemond Stephens started as we know he can and Mark Lemon settled into the covering position. They rode well as a team covering the track and we had something to cheer about. They might do the same in heat 15. FTG.
HT14: Toni Svab tried to anticipate the gate and stopped just as the gate went up. Neil Collins made the start and Tony Atkin settled in behind as Nick Simmons started ahead of Toni. In keeping with most of the rest of the meeting they stayed in position. FTG.
HT15: Mark Lemon and Seemond Stephens reversed roles for this nominated heat but the Falcons earned another 5-1 to take the bonus point although the match was lost. Neil Collins and Mads Korneliussen could not score the 1-5 needed to force a race-off for the bonus point. FTG.
There will be a trophy at the end of the season for the Falcon who wins the most 'exciting rider' awards.
