Back in 2006 at a supporters club meeting it was commented on how Easter 2008 was early, and our tapes up would be either the Monday before at 7.30 pm or EasterMonday at 11AM-Obviously being Saturday now neither of those things are now likely to happen. There goes another year and I sincerely hope that that this time next Easter us Falcons fans have something to smile about and fly again This Easter meant everything as we truelly believed we would be flying again, alas it was not to be with all those #@?! newts etc,and seeing other clubs enjoying their Easter weekend and results has made it all the harder to come to terms with. All the best to everyone that is trying to help us fly again. PLEASE PLEASE MAKE IT HAPPEN FOR 2009-sitting at home Easter weekend watching all around the country enjoying themselves speedway wise is not good Please get the Falcons back Flying again in their respectful place soon--even if they return to the nest losing 75-15!! Please dont get me wrong I am in no ways having a go--We just want our beloved Falcons to Fly again no matter how.

Totally agree, seeing another season get under way without the Falcons isn't right!!!
As I am not able to get to the Supporters Club meetings and have let myself get out of touch with progress can someone please post the current position with the proposed track and if possible any likely dates for us to look out for some news.
Assume someone will post if it would help if we write to the Council again when an application has gone in.
Total support for those pushing to get the Falcons flying again, you have many people behind you in support even if we are all not very vocal with our support on this site.
Look forward to any news that can be shared.

Really great to see an update from Allen Trump, via the news section or supporters club section of the website www.exeterfalcons.com when he met up with supporters club chairman Gordon Ward this weekend. Many thanks for that guys, even more satisfying than todays Easter eggs

I know where you are coming from Nevs. As soon as the holiday dates came out last year I booked Easter Monday off but as time went on realised we would have to find something else to do with ourselves today. Before Christmas it was hoped that the planning would have been submitted and that we might hear some good news by Easter, so either way this Easter was going to quite significant in Exeter Speedway terms. Alas the wait goes on - just not been the same watching other teams and you just do not get the same "smell" watching on the updates!!
Bring back our Falcons - Please!!
