Well here we are at the end of a terrible year and if i am not alone on this forum i would like to wish you all as merry a Christmas as you can get and a happier new year and i hope that come Easter we can take our rightful place on the terraces at a live Speedway meeting.

Thanks Squibby how are Tivvy Town doing a friend of mines son has signed for them this season i think you can work out who it is(see my location) if we get the season restarted with a crowed i will come to Tiverton to see a few games.

Hi again Russ,
The season for Tiverton Town has been disrupted yet again by the blasted Virus.
They have done very well in the few games played so far and would have been contenders for promotion I feel sure, but who knows what will happen now.
Season is suspended still - no action, even behind closed doors - and with tougher Covid restrictions mooted, no action likely for some weeks yet.
All very frustrating.
As Aaron Dawson is from Exmouth I'm guessing maybe it is him you are referring to ??
Hopefully, we may be able to get to Speedway by the Spring. Fingers crossed.

Yes Squibby spot on with your answer to the quiz and since you were the only one to get the question right it make's you the winner of this year's gold medal.
I have known Aaron's family for a long time his father Russ his uncle and his grandparent's they like me are Leeds united fan's who get together in the local when the white's are on TV to watch the game and drink a few orange juice's.
