Exeter Falcons Supporters club will be holding a social evening and Skittles match at The Cat and Fiddle,Clyst St Mary (just past Westpoint) on Tuesday 22nd May 2007 from 7.30pm. (Mondays is now Sky Speedway night until The Falcons fly again) Please note it is The Cat and Fiddle and not The Malthouse as has been the case for the past few meetings-If you turn up at the Malthouse there will be just you and 25 builders gutting the place as its being closed and refurbished for a couple of months. The Cat and Fiddle were most hospitable hosts in holding very enjoyable social functions for Exeter during The Westpoint campaign. The Skittles match will be between a team of Exeter supporters (to be decided on the night) versus a team from that funny lot of Plymouth supporters just down the A38 It is also a social evening which will include Allen Trump giving the fans the latest developments and updates on the Falcons plans for Haldon. There will also be the latest round of the 2007 Beat The Starter competition and a prize draw. For further details of The Cat and Fiddle if you are unfamiliar with it or need directions and information on meals available if you are hungry click on their website below. www.catandfiddleinn.co.uk/

Look forward to catching up with everyone.
Nevs - go and tell the builders about the roof at the Malthouse in case they miss it!

Gonna have to miss out on this one Looks like the Plymouth rabble are taking it seriously--They have laid on a free coach from Plymouth for their lot www.plymouthdevils.co.uk/index.php?name=ForumsPro&file=viewtopic&t=1296But then again Exeter City are taking 95 coaches and two trains to Wembley on Sunday according to Morecambe site www.shrimpsvoices.co.uk/viewtopic.php?t=7363 so guess the odd one or two from Plymouth can be allowed on Tuesday for a skittles match Exeter at Wembley--Look and weep Argyle fans. ;D--Jesting Come on you Falcon skittlers--do us proud on Tuesday. ;D Also come on Exeter City on Sunday as well. Andy Gillard -Operations manager at Exeter City personally went out of his way to make sure The Falcons had a city shirt to auction for LOL Hare in one of our original forum fund raisers-so hope he's smiling Sunday night.

sorry nevs, although i share your enthusiasm for the defeat of the plymouth mob on tuesday, being a torquinian i can't share the same enthusiasm for a city win on sunday ( o.k. it may be sour grapes with me being a united fan ). the thought of city replacing united in the league would be just too much to bear !

Too right he should be - he's a cad and a bounder !!!! Seriously though, much as I am praying for a City victory on Sunday, it is very sad that a place back in the proper football league would be at the expense of Torquay Utd. I lived and worked in Torbay from 1971 to 1981, and my two children were both born there, in Paignton in fact, so I have a soft spot for the place. But never mind all that sentimental nonsense - COME ON YOU REDS !!!! ;D ;D

Must send apologies for this one unfortunately. Please be kind to the Devil's supporters. Have just witnessed an amazing evening of racing with the wrong result. Hope everyone has a great evening. Don't ban Squibby and Winkey just yet - I bet they are just as good as skittling as beat the starter. You must go simply just to ask Winkey about Wroclaw!! ;D
