Taken from todays Express and Echo. Well done the supporters club.
Grand Prix star Chris Harris and fellow former Falcons rider Mark Lemon have been invited to speak at the next meeting of the Exeter Speedway Supporters' Club. The Falcons fans are due to meet at the Malt House pub on Haven Road on Monday, February 5 (7.30pm).
They will hold a brief annual meeting before the riders become the centre of attention.
Both Harris and Lemon, who are sponsored by Exeter's director of operations Mike Spearpoint, are expected to attend.
Anyone is welcome to turn up and listen to what they have to say. And Falcons backer Allen Trump will also be on hand to answer questions about the latest news on the proposed new track on Haldon Hill.

Certainly will. Will Bomber and Lemmo dare take on last years forum winners Squibby and Pip on the night??? Imagine those 2 forum members being quicker than GP star Harris and newly signed Reading rider Lemmo being beaten by those two wannabes...... mmmm..... makes your mouth water doesnt it. ;D Come on Lemmo and Chris-what you say? ;D and Pip and Squibby for that matter

I'm certainly keen to give it another go this year, but would sincerely hope that Bomber and Lemmo will beat all of us non-riders !! Maybe Chris could use it as pre-season training to help him gate well in the GPs ?? At the very least I want to make that young upstart Pip squeak !!! ;D ;D

Certainly not - cheeky beggar !!! Actually, I've been practising the ' catch the spanner ' exercise that Phil apparently makes Jason do to sharpen his reflexes. So far, I've got a 100% record - haven't caught the bl**dy thing once !! ;D ;D

Just as an aside I bumped into Pete Jeffery at Tesco before xmas doing his shopping and mentioned the possible do in February and he said he would love to come along and catch up with everyone and if he saw it in the press for the date he would hopefully be there as well.
Lets hope he has seen it.

Browse all you like mate, Have just got in-what a great night. Will start a new thread and type up some brief bullet points from the meeting now. I may be a while once I work out what I wrote and what it meant-no good at this shorthand lark. ;D Echo will cover most I guess as Mr Downer can type faster than me and understands his own shorthand-whereas I dont understand my own.
